Biography
Kimberly Mann focuses her practice on toxic tort and products liability matters.
Ms. Mann has a growing background defending manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in personal injury and asbestos exposure actions. As an associate, Ms. Mann assists senior attorneys through all phases of litigation by, among other things, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, conducting document review, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
