Bobbie is a partner at DeHay & Elliston.  He focuses his practice in the areas of products liability and toxic tort litigation.  Prior to joining DeHay & Elliston, Bobbie was an associate at a boutique toxic tort defense firm where he represented product manufacturers, contractors, distributors, and premise owners.  There, he received invaluable experience deposing numerous plaintiffs, product identification witnesses, and experts, drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, and appearing in court on such motions. 

Bobbie also has more than four years of experience as a criminal prosecutor at the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois where he conducted more than 20 jury trials from domestic battery to sexual misconduct cases.     

When he is not practicing law, Bobbie enjoys his time playing basketball, cycling, scuba diving, and reading history.
